As Cyclone Debbie approaches the Queensland coastline, please be advised that NTI has already implemented its emergency processes to ensure affected customers are assisted as quickly as possible.
If any customers or intermediaires need to make a claim, they should contact NTI via the NTI Accident Assist (1800 NTI NOW) service. This will allow the claim to be actioned as quickly as possible, without the need for paperwork.
Trauma counselling will also be available to customers to help them through this tough time.
